Lost It

I have been losing some weight lately. Amazing I have been doing well. Eating less and some exercise, and avoid doughnuts that are brought in. Having some diet pills helps in many ways. I am still trying to lose weight and keep working it off.

I am really trying to avoid the old yo-yo effect on weight gains and loss. The weight has been on to long on my body.
