I am amazed at all the paperwork there is for applying for a teaching job. Someone needs to tell the paperwork that it needs some Phentermine to thin out the paperwork.
First, the cover letter.
Then the resume
Then a four to eight page application.
This is followed by four pages of transcripts.
Lastly, there are three pages of reference letters.
That is a clear dozen.
These people want tons of references. One school wanted a total of about 12 references. Three in the files. Three letters of different people. Three to five more on the application. Still rather amazing.
